Manila, Philippines --- A member of the Commission on Appointments (CA) asked yesterday whistleblower Sandra Cam to turn over copies of an alleged sex video of Justice Secretary Leila de Lima to the bicameral body panel if she really has them.
But Isabela Rep. Rodolfo “Rodito” Albano III, the representative of the House minority in the CA, warned Cam, president of the Whistleblowers Association of the Philippines, about legal consequences if she is only “bluffing” about the sex tape.
Albano said Cam could submit the sex video tomorrow when the CA is expected to decide on De Lima’s confirmation as justice secretary.
