Kapamilya actress Bela Padilla has recently made headlines after sharing her experience about booking a ride via Grab. KAMI learned that the actress expressed her dismay regarding her experience as the driver she booked announced her address on the radio. According to Bela, “Rode grab today and the driver announced on the grab radio where I live. Hello @grabph this can’t possibly be right.”
The said company immediately responded and apologized to the actress regarding the issue, “Hi Bela! We’re so sorry to hear about your experience :( This incident shouldn’t have happened since we value every passenger’s safety and privacy. We sent you a DM to help move our investigation forward.
