KAMI learned that the said actor is apparently back in the limelight after he was tapped to become a part of a new movie that is hoping to qualify in the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2019.
The role of the former “One More Chance” star remains a mystery for his fans and some avid moviegoers, especially because of the celebrity’s intriguing appearance in the trailer.
According to the producer of “Culion,” John Lloyd will be portraying an important role in the film that is set in 1940s, which is about the lives of three women with Hansen's disease.
“I can only say two things about his role: he plays a very important role in the film and number two, his role is connected to Meryll Soriano…” Shandii Bacolod stated.

A lot of social media users were thrilled upon seeing Benjie Paras, a famous celebrity and basketball player, inside the studio of Raffy Tulfo in Action.
KAMI learned that the said showbiz personality aired his “complaint” against fellow athlete Kiefer Ravena over their grilled chicken business.
The former PBA player expressed that he has been hearing negative gossips from the ex-Ateneo standout regarding the taste of the chicken in Uling Roasters.
Kiefer and the President of Bounty Agro Ventures defended their company and even accused Benjie of doing something illegal.
“Yung manok niyo masarap kahit walang sauce. Unfair naman po yun sa Uling Roasters… Baka naman pwedeng bawas-bawasan niyo yung sarap ng lasa ng Chooks niyo,” Benjie quipped.
“Ang nabalitaan ko kasi, sinubukan lagyan ni Benjie Paras ng sauce yung Chooks To Go… Parang sabotahe po ata yun,” Kiefer responded.
The episode, which now has more than 300 thousand views on YouTube, seemed to be just an unusual advertisement of the said company.
A lot of netizens claimed that using the program of Raffy Tulfo to promote the product is a witty idea and they even lauded whoever thought of the brilliant move.

‘It’s Showtime’ host Vice Ganda has recently made headlines for announcing the wrong winner during the show’s ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ segment last Friday, September 27, 2019.
Four contestants rose to the spot during TNT’s ‘Ang Huling Tapatan,’ namely, Julius Cawaling, Shaine Allaga, Jonas Oñate, and Rafaello Cañedo.
KAMI learned that when Vice was given the results, the comedian announced that Rafaello won which meant Jonas lost.
However, the Kapamilya star immediately clarified the situation, “I’m sorry wait. We will have to clear something. So ang nakalagay sa binasa ko, uulitin ko kasi ako ay sumusunod lang sa binabasa ko.
“Ang seventh placer ay si Rafaello Cañedo ng Mindanao. Nangangahulugan na si Jonas Oñate ang pasok sa Top 6.”
The comedian furthermore apologized on his social media account, “I was just reading the prompter. Not my mistake. Sorry still. #TNT3HulingTapatanDay5.
“The prompter says announce 7’th and 8’th placer pero ang inabot sakin na envelope has the names of the contestants na pasok sa top 6. So ayun na steve harvey ako.”

Saad ni Derek, “We both enjoy being with each other, whether it’s at work.
"She doesn’t have to go to Dubai tomorrow, pero she’s supporting me in games there.
"We are more than friends.
"We’re at that stage na we both have feelings for each other.
"It’s not just that we're both physically attracted, it’s deeper than that in the sense that she has met my parents, I’ve met her parents, our parents have met.
“My dad and her dad, kailangan mong i-separate.
"Sila [ni Andrea] ang laging magka-text ng nanay ko.
"Ako, lagi kong ka-text ang nanay niya.
“So, first time in my life na my set-up is like that.
"I’ve had my relationships in the past, but I always got along with the parents.
"I always make sure kasi, for me, that’s important.
