Lolit Solis took to social media to call out actress Kisses Delavin for her alleged negligence involving a condo unit she rented before.
The said condo unit is owned by Rap Fernandez, son of veteran actress Lorna Tolentino.
According to Lolit, the water valve in the condo unit exploded during Kisses’ stay there and it caused damages to the condominium elevator.
After Kisses left the condo, Rap had to pay for the damages, which exceeded the deposit given to him by the young actress.
For this reason, Lolit is urging Kisses to pay for the damages since she was the one who was there when the water valve exploded.

During the University of the Philippines versus Ateneo University UAAP Season 82 match, ABS-CBN Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson was spotted on the sidelines watching the game.
Even the official Twitter account of Mall of Asia posted his photo at the venue.
While one of the cameras was focused on Gerald, it was unclear if the crowd was chanting “boo” towards the players or towards Gerald.
People on Twitter started discussing whether the boo was for the actor and if it was, then netizens think he deserved it. Others believe that it was one of the highlights of this game for UP vs Ateneo in Season 82.
However, there were still netizens and people from the audience during the game who said that the crowd was not shouting “boo” when Gerald was shown on camera.
In addition to that, a netizen explained that Gerald may be a cheater but he doesn’t deserve to be booed on National TV.

Angelica Panganiban recently became the latest Asian celebrity to have been scolded by the Italian police for sitting on the historical ground known as the Spanish Steps.
As reported on Inquirer, the actress shared the incident on social media with a photo of her sitting on the steps just before she was chastised for it.
She wrote, "For almost 28 years, I have been in front of the audience. I know what it's like to be judged, and how people watched your every step, how to speak and fight for yourself. For sitting on the Spanish Steps... I was judged."
"Sitting is not allowed here. Sorry to the police," she added.
It is noted that the Italian government implemented the new rule to ensure the protection of its monuments. One can be fined up to P22,6000 if caught sitting on the said steps, though the police would only warn tourists most of the time.
Back in September, singer Jimmy Lin apologised after his wife shared a photo of her sitting on the same steps.

The actor is aware that the said simple video of him while walking accumulated so many views and even became a trending topic on social media.
He explained that he came from a meeting during that time and he needed to go to another place to meet some clients.
“I think people think it’s weird that they see me crossing the world… I was just going from one meeting to another,” he quipped.
“When I saw the video, I was like… ‘Why this has so many views? I’m just walking across the street.’ It makes me think what else can I do with that many views,” he added.”
When asked if he is aware of how prominent he has become, James expressed that he just needs to accept the reality that he is a public figure.
He also aired his honest thoughts about people requesting photos with him whenever he and his girlfriend Nadine Lustre go out for a date.
“On a regular day, I don’t think about that kind of thing… It’s something you just have to accept… In this industry, people know who I am, either you let it get to you and bother you… or you accept it…” he stressed.
“It’s fine with me [to be asked for a photo] as long as they ask properly. You just have to accept that it’s really like that…” he added.
